Humble Beginnings
On 2010, Magnolia Senior Living, LLC was established. The founders of Magnolia Senior Living are dedicated to provide the best senior care service in Georgia and Nationwide.
2012
Initial Land Acquisition and Planning
Bear in mind to build the first-class senior care facilities, Magnolia Senior Living started to acquire lands, architect design and business planning and execution.
2013
Construction of Phase 1 of Loganville Location
The construction for Phase 1 of Loganville location, the very first location of Magnolia Senior Living, has started.
2014
Grand Opening of Phase 1 of Loganville Location
Phase 1 of Loganville location was opened and has operated in its full capacity soon.
2015
Construction of Phase 2 of Loganville Location
The construction of Phase 2 of Loganville location has started.
2017
Opening of Phase 2 of Loganville Location, and More Locations on Horizon
Phase 2 of Loganville location has started operation, resulting a total of 86 beds in Loganville location. Construction of Sugar Hill location has started. Lands for Sharpsburg, Canton, and Dawnsonville have been acquired.
2018
Land Acquisition for Hiawasse and Warner Robins Locations
Lands have been acquired for Hiawasse and Warner Robins locations.
2019
Grand Opening of Sugar Hill Location, and More
The Sugar Hill location with 73 beds has started operation. The construction for Sharpsburg location has started. The Canton, Dawnsonville, Hiawasee and Warner Robins locations are under architect design.
2021
Grand opening at Sharpsburg and ground breaking in Dawsonville location

Grand opening of Dawsonville location.
